Is Jetson+ covered by insurance?

Is it private?

Yes. Jetson+ has pioneered a model where you don’t need to physically talk to anyone about your IBS. Simply filling out the IBS diagnostic (the same one used by doctors in their offices across the country) is all the information your medical provider

How are the licensed medical providers involved?

Our licensed medical providers are involved in each step of our process. From reviewing your diagnosis to curating your treatment plan — you’ll have access to expert medical guidance throughout to help you take control of your IBS-related symptoms. T

What are the types of medications provided?

The medications you are prescribed depend on your individual symptoms, but Jetson+ currently offers the following treatments:. A Prebiotic & Probiotic Pack, provided through the Jetson Health brand. OTC & RX products, provided as part of your Jetson+

How will I get my medications?

You will get two different packages if you purchased medications and supplements - one with your prescription medications and one with your supplements - which will be shipped directly to your door in discreet packaging. No pharmacy trips needed.

What happens after I fill out the diagnostic?

The information is securely transmitted to our medical team in our internal portal for analysis. You will then choose how you want to engage with a doctor - via video or email. You can meet with them within 48 hours of taking your diagnostic and a tr

What visit types are offered, by state?

Who fulfills my prescriptions?

We partner with Truepill, Inc.’s network of affiliated pharmacies for quality pharmacy services. Based on the plans you purchase, all medications in the plan will be fulfilled by Truepill, Inc. Your Prebiotic & Probiotic Pack will be fulfilled by Jet

Can I get a refill of my plan prescriptions?

Our medical team will need to review your progress before providing you a refill. When nearing the end of your 90 day treatment program, you will fill out a questionnaire about your symptoms. From there, an additional visit with your medical provider

How often will I speak with the medical team during my treatment plan?

You will have your initial consultation with your medical provider and can schedule a follow-up as needed for an additional fee.

What if the treatment plan doesn’t work for me?

Managing IBS symptoms can be difficult. Your Jetson+ Health Concierge can help you connect with a medical provider for a follow up to reevaluate your treatment plan.
