How long does it take for my order to arrive?

In order to keep our warehouse employees safe and healthy during this time, it can take up to 48 hours for your order to ship. Typically we can ship out a little faster than that, but orders placed Fridays after 12pm CST will ship out the following T

What if my product gets lost in transit?

We know it’s a total pain when your package gets lost, but it happens. We’ll get you right on track if your Jetson delivery gets lost – just shoot us an email as soon as you can and we’ll get a replacement order shipped right away.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your product arrived damaged, we want to fix it as soon as possible. Send us an email and we’ll send you a replacement right away. In the meantime, don’t take any of the product from the broken bottle. This includes any opened Jettie stick packs.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship internationally?
