To protect the health and safety of our fulfillment center staff, we can’t accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, or you would like to cancel your subscription, you can contact Support.

If you purchased Jetson from anywhere other than our main website (jetson.health), you'll need to check with the original place of purchase for their return policy. Reach out to Support with any product questions you have, though!
