How do I manage my subscription?
First things first, you'll need to make sure you have a password set up to access your account. To do so, you can use either the account activation email, which has the subject line "Register your new Jetson account", or use the Create Account option on the Login page.
Once that's done, you should come to a page that looks like this:
Click on Manage Subscriptions, and you'll come to this page (on desktop):
By default, you are in the 'Subscriptions' section. To change the contents of your upcoming subscription order, Click 'Edit'.
Across the top, you'll see there are several options. Delivery Schedule allows you to skip upcoming shipments, Purchase History shows you the history of your shipments, Shipping Addresses allows you to edit and add new shipping addresses, and Payment Methods allows you to edit and add new card information.
Here's the same view on mobile. Note next to 'Subscriptions' on the top, there's a down arrow. Click that, and you'll see those same menu options presented.
