How much control do I have over my subscription once it’s active?
You've got all the control! Once your account is set up, you can make any changes you need! Swap the formula you're receiving, add extra products to your next order, change your delivery date, whatever you need. If you ever need help, you can also touch base with Support at any time.
Before your subscription is active, though, you can still do a lot. If you have a discount code, you can add that to your first monthly subscription order. On the checkout page, you should see, in red, a clickable link that says "Have a discount code? Add it here." That'll open a field to add that code.
Should you ever need to cancel, you can do so from your account, as well. Click through to make edits to your subscription, and at the bottom of that page will be a button to click to cancel the account. Or you can email support at any time!
